Zap was born without most of his arms, so later in life once he figured out how to build machines and such he decided to try and give himself arms, after many failed attempts he finally got it right, and was able to hook em up to his "shock glove" so they only work for him. However he usually keeps his gloves on and long sleeves on to seem more "normal".

This was more of me trying to mess with lighting sources and junk, idk how well I did.. I doubt his arms would glow THAT much tbh.
might try a blue version too, idk.
